Email Jockey

I'm a Customer Manager for a Freight Systems company. I thought that I would just share a bit of my 8 hour day;

I have this corrected for you and we are now billing your coll TP account with your xx.x% discount.
I haven't heard back on this one. Will you please let me know if this will be appointed for pickup?
Will you please let me know if we can set this delivery up for an appointment?
Please let me know the pro# when we get this one.
Could we see if we can submit a write off for this one?
This picked up on Pro#xxxxxxxxx and has an ETA to deliver on xx/xx.
Please see the attached BOL and let me know if we can arrange this pickup for today.
