I’ve started Weight Watchers…again. I really want to lose weight, be healthier,
and feel more confident. I started
weight watchers the week before Thanksgiving, the week of our busy season at
work, and (TMI) the first day of my period.
This morning I went for weigh in with a little bit of concern. However, my worry was not needed; I lost 10
lbs. HOOT!!
I’m excited to change this part of my life. I have had a lot of changing over the past
few years. I think all of my change has
been for the better.
I’m going to keep monthly tabs on my weight loss and update
them on my blog. Wish me luck!!
